Electric convection oven with manual humidification control, featuring a stainless steel structure and chamber with rounded corners and a diamond-patterned bottom that directs condensation to the drain. It features 2 fans with auto-reverse, adjustable temperature from 50 to 270 °C and a timer from 0 to 120 minutes, a removable door seal, a double-glazed door with excellent thermal insulation, an ergonomic and heat-insulated handle, and a micro-switch that turns off the fans when the door is opened. Includes side runners for GN1/1 and 60×40 and 1 GN1/1 grid.
