Equipment with a stainless steel external structure and feet, an AISI 304 pressed stainless steel worktop, and feet adjustable from 150 to 200 mm. It features dishwasher-safe enameled cast iron grids, double-crown burners with a self-stabilizing flame and pilot light, and safety valves that cut off the gas in case of flame failure or excessive temperature. It includes a GN 2/1 gas oven with 7 kW of power, stainless steel burners with an ignition system and self-stabilizing flame, a stainless steel chamber with an enameled base, a double-walled stainless steel door, and 3 stainless steel runners.
